I'm Andrés Fierro. I work at the intersection of software development, product design, and data: websites and applications, interfaces, process automation, business analytics, and Industry 4.0 systems, with a background in data science and artificial intelligence — and one clear rule: use each technology only where it adds value.
NeoCompás came out of putting those pieces together. In most of the companies I talk to, the problem isn't only the website or only the data — it's that nothing talks to anything else, and someone ends up doing by hand what a system should be handling.
I live between San Sebastián (Basque Country) and Bogotá (Colombia). That's not just a geographic fact — it defines the markets I work in and the kinds of problems I understand firsthand.
How it works
I lead projects directly, from start to finish. When a project needs a specific specialism, I bring in trusted collaborators for that part, and it is stated explicitly in the proposal.
That has one clear advantage for you: you always speak to the person who understands the project from the inside, and you don't pay for agency structure you don't need.
